By creating an account or using lebah.co, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you are using Lebah on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

• You must be at least 17 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
• You need a valid invite code. Lebah is invite-only while it is small, because every interview costs us real money in speech and AI usage.
• The details you give us must be accurate, and you must keep your email address current so we can reach you.
• One account per person, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• You must not be barred from using the service under the law that applies to you.

Lebah prepares you for one specific job at a time. It imports a job posting, checks your CV against it, can write a cover letter from your CV or your own draft, interviews you out loud through an AI voice agent, and scores your answers against that posting's requirements with quotes from what you actually said.

It is practice. It is not a real interview, not a screening on behalf of any employer, and not connected to any employer. Pasting a company's job posting creates no relationship between you and that company, and does not associate Lebah with them.

Lebah does not submit applications, does not contact employers, and does not forward your results to anyone.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

Invite codes are personal and single-use. Do not publish, sell or pass on a code. We may revoke a code, or an account created with one, if it is misused.

The service runs on credits. You receive 2 credits when you sign up. An interview, a CV check and a cover letter each cost 1 credit.

If you create an interview and never join the room, the credit is returned automatically. If a CV check or a cover letter fails, the credit is returned automatically.

Credit packs are not on sale yet, so credits cannot currently be bought. Free credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable between accounts.

We may change what a credit costs or what a new account is granted. Existing credits keep the value they were issued at, and material changes are announced under section 13.

If a paid tier launches later, its payment, cancellation and refund rules will be published before you can buy anything and will not be applied retrospectively.

• Do not upload another person's CV or personal data unless you have a lawful basis and their permission.
• Do not upload unlawful, hateful or infringing material, or use the interview to harass anyone.
• Do not use Lebah to impersonate someone else, or to prepare a misrepresentation of your own experience.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or to bypass the invite gate, the credit system or another user's access controls.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its output as a product of your own.
• Do not use automated means to create accounts or run sessions.

Your CV, your drafts, your answers and your recordings remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to store, process and transmit that content to produce the output you asked for, including sending the necessary parts to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Nothing beyond that, and no licence to train models — see section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

The plan, analysis, cover letter and report generated for you are yours to use however you like, including in a real application.

Check them before you rely on them. They are produced by a language model and can be wrong, out of date, or subtly overstated. The cover letter generator ships every letter with the facts it leaned on and a list of what it deliberately did not claim, precisely so you can check it in a minute. Anything you send to an employer is your statement, not ours.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

Scores and coaching notes are practice feedback produced by an AI reading your transcript against a job posting. They are good at showing which answers were thin and why. They are not an assessment by a qualified assessor, not a measure of your ability, and not a prediction of whether you will be hired.

Nothing Lebah produces is career, legal, immigration or professional advice. We do not guarantee that using it will get you an interview, an offer, or any other outcome.

Lebah is an early product. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable for maintenance or because a third-party provider is down.

We do not promise a service level. Where the system detects that a spent credit produced nothing, it returns it automatically; where it cannot detect it, ask us and we will.

You can stop using Lebah at any time and ask us to delete your account and data.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or create a risk to it or to other users. Unless we are legally barred, we will tell you why.

On termination your access ends. Deletion of your data follows section 11 of the Privacy Policy. Terms that by their nature survive — content ownership, liability, governing law — continue to apply.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or a lost job, offer or opportunity arising from your use of Lebah or from reliance on anything it generates.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, for an account using free credits, is nothing.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, and any dispute goes to the competent courts of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory right you have to bring a claim where you live.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.

Material changes — to credits, to eligibility, or to your rights and obligations — will be emailed to account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
